The Full Story

Michael's Towing began its journey in the spring of 2017 when Michael, a seasoned mechanic with a passion for helping people, decided to venture into the towing business. After working in various automotive repair shops and seeing firsthand the distress of stranded drivers, Michael recognized a need for reliable and compassionate towing services in his community.

Starting with just one tow truck—a refurbished flatbed he lovingly named "Big Red"—Michael set out to make a difference. His commitment to service and his knack for problem-solving quickly earned him a reputation as the go-to guy for towing emergencies in Lake Tapps and the surrounding counties.

As word of his reliable service spread, the demand grew, and so did Michael’s fleet. He invested in more advanced equipment, including specialized winching gear and tools for lockouts and tire changes. But more than just expanding his fleet, Michael focused on building a team that shared his values of integrity, professionalism, and community service.

Today, Michael's Towing is known not only for its rapid response and expertise but also for its community involvement. Michael and his team regularly participate in local safety campaigns and provide free road safety clinics. What started as a one-man, one-truck operation has grown into a trusted community resource, helping to keep the roads safe and drivers secure in their times of need.
